About Me

I am a certified Stress Management Consultant; a member of the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists; a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner trained at the World renowned Marisa Peer School; a Strategic Intervention coach; a graduate student at the Tony Robbins & Chloe Madanes Coaching Academy & the Mark & Magali Peysha’s Coaching Institute.

My journey began with my own struggles and my self-limiting beliefs until I came across:

If you always do what you’ve always done, you always get what you’ve always gotten
Jessie Potter

That was the turning point for me and the answer to many of my questions! I decided to choose a different approach and a new path.

I pushed myself to break through my boundaries and self-limiting beliefs, to try something that I had never tried.

In addition to my struggles, I had a health challenge for more than 15 years. I was told that I needed to take antibiotics for the rest of my life. That was not an acceptable solution for me. I wanted to find the root cause, but no one listened to me. In the journey to find the answer, I discovered Marisa Peer and her amazing work, Rapid Transformational Therapy, which is focusing on the root cause. It helped me to be free from the wrong belief system and also, to gain my health back.

In this journey, I also found out about functional medicine and how to promote health by adopting a healthier lifestyle. Searching and going deep to find the best solution has always been my approach even throughout my academic career of more than 15 years of teaching and research.

That’s what I am going to offer you, deep detective techniques, interruption to the old beliefs, phenomenal transformation and evidence-based advice on health promotion, and that’s what makes my practice unique.

“Helping one person might not change the world but it could change the world for one person!

I understand being stuck in a negative vicious circle and feeling hopeless and helpless, but I have also learned:

Life is too short to keep trying to change the ending. We need to change the beginning
Marisa Peer

Let’s change the beginning together,

Let’s get connected!
